Facelift
A facelift, or rhytidectomy, gives the patient a more youthful appearance. We perform facelifts in our Manhattan clinic. Often we remove excess facial skin, and tighten the underlying tissue. A facelift requires incisions, but those are usually hidden behind the ears and are inconspicuous.
We can help restore smooth, pleasing contours on your face and neck. A face lift can help you look your best, reflecting how you feel. As we age, our skin loosens and wrinkles develop, and some muscles weaken as well. Things like weight fluctuations and sun exposure can cause the skin to loose its elasticity. We can address this problem by tightening the skin around the face and making it more rigid, giving your face it's firm form and smooth shape.
